Convenient Lab Results: Easy for Practices and Patients

How does PhoneTree Lab work?
Patients are given confidential personal identification numbers (provider-defined) as they leave your office with instruction to call back at a later date. Lab results are then assigned to patient mailboxes in one of three ways: providers or staff may record individual messages in their own voices, create mailboxes for groups of patients, or select pre-recorded messages from a library. Optionally, PhoneTree Lab can even accept a file from your electronic medical records and automatically match corresponding test codes for each patient with appropriate messages from your message library filling hundreds of patient mailboxes in seconds!
