Our Company

Benchmark Systems has been a key provider of technology solutions to the healthcare community for over 30 years. Our reputation in the market place is built on providing quality products and services that meet or exceed the expectations of today's most sophisticated customer. A large part of Benchmark's development efforts have been focused in the healthcare market with products for Practice Management Systems, Electronic Medical Records and Document Management. During the last 15 years we have developed our own Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Clearinghouse, which has grown to be one of the top providers of electronic claims, remittance and patient statement services in the country. Currently, we process over one billion dollars in claims each year. Because of our diversity in products and services, we have been able to provide a "Single Source Solution" for our end user clients and a technology resource for resellers across the nation. Benchmark employs approximately 120 dedicated and specially trained professionals serving more than 800 end-user clients coast to coast. Led by a highly experienced senior management team, Benchmark has assembled a talented staff of software support and programming specialists, hardware and networking technicians and a skilled marketing and training staff to provide its clients and dealers with the products, service and support needed for successfully competing in the market place today.

Roger H. Green, President

Mr. Green started Benchmark Systems in 1978 and since then has led Benchmark on a path of sustained controlled growth opening offices in Charleston, WV, Richmond, VA, Staunton, VA, Charlotte, NC and Durham NC. In 2000, the company began developing a dealer network for some of its products and services and is continuing that expansion toward a global network. Benchmark continues its growth and success under Mr. Green's leadership and much of that success can be attributed to Benchmark's focus on customer service. His goal is to see that every client is a long-term, successful customer and that Benchmark's employees go the extra mile to carry out that mission.
