Hardware Service

Benchmark Systems offers both on-site and in-shop repair of your equipment. We can provide you with an unlimited-call maintenance agreement or we can assist you on an "as needed" basis with a time & materials agreement. In addition to on-site services, our hardware technicians are available to assist you via telephone when needed. We perform equipment evaluations, system relocations, preventive maintenance, and can also work with your local equipment vendor to assist them in supporting you.

We employ A+ and Network+ certified technicians, Microsoft MCP and MCSE certified technicians, and Cisco CCNA and CCDP certified technicians.
