Network Engineer

Job Summary:
Responsible for Maintenance and repair of client and company equipment both in-house and on site, including preventive maintenance, diagnosing, configuration, documentation, and testing.

Installation and support of computer/networking equipment for clients and company, including requirements analysis, setup and configuration, trouble-shooting and maintenance.
Create and update client network documentation.
Assist in Call Center/Help Desk as needed.
Research and evaluate new products and services.
Complete necessary paperwork as required for position.
Other duties may be assigned.

Skills and Experience:

Customer relationship management.
Strong understanding of Windows Desktop OS (7/8/10)
Competency in installing, configuring and supporting Server Operating Systems (Small Business Server 2008/2011 & Server 2008/2012)
Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols
Basic understanding of SQL Server
Server Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMWare)
Exchange Server/Office 365
Deep understanding of Active Directory
Understanding and Setting up Group Policies
Experience Configuring Routers and Firewalls

CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+
One certification required (MCSA, MCSE, CCDA, CCNA, etc.)

Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
Provides tactical support to management, which includes: understanding business unit initiatives and how HR processes and solutions can support them; advising, coaching and creating HR tactical plans to support business units on organizational and business environmental changes; and coaching managers to create and maintain a work environment with high morale and productivity.

Consults with management on their business initiatives to provide input and advice of alternatives regarding HR implications. Will lead small to medium HR business unit projects.

Works with senior management and develops plans for succession planning, training needs, employee relations issues, organization structure, compensation, relocation and performance management, leading to the resolution of problems and delivery of services in these areas.

Actively consults with assigned management staff on business issues. Provides guidance and direction on workforce planning.  Understands the goals and strategies of business unit(s) and aligns HR operational and strategic staff support to meet those goals.

Advises and coaches employees and managers to high performance to attain and exceed business objectives, and to successfully adapt to and manage organization and business changes.

Conducts exit interview, analyzes trends and makes recommendations for improving retention and employee relations.

Ensures adherence to all federal, state and local regulations governing the employment process, including HIPAA.

Develops and implements a recruiting process with area colleges and staffing agencies to meet current and long term corporate goals.

Responsible for updating and maintenance of employee handbook and employee onboarding programs

Marketing Intern

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the VP of Sales, assists with projects and activities for sales/marketing to promote products and services, as well as development and strategy of the company social media platforms and lead generation websites.

Assist in the development of marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share.

Plans of promotional activities including print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, point-of-purchase displays, and signage.

Manages development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs, including Social Media platforms.
