Solution Sales Executive – Healthcare IT

Job Summary:
Sells Technology Solutions such as; RCM. Practice Management and EHR to Healthcare Units including prospects and current customers.

Role  Specific Responsibilities:
Assists with prospecting activities to maintain a full pipeline. These activities may include cold calling, attending trade shows, user group meetings and other marketing events.
Survey prospects and customers to analyze their needs and recommend solutions that best meet the customer’s requirements.
Prepare for and present product demonstrations of the recommended solution, as well as, prepare and present professional quotes, proposals, and contract agreements.
Maintain accurate prospect, customer, and opportunity data in the Customer Relationship Management systems.

Education & Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelors Degree in Business Related Field or equivalent experience

Desired:
Major in Technology or Computer Science Field

Database Administrator / Developer

Job Summary:
This position reports to the AVP of Research and Development on the following areas:

  • Monitor health of client databases
  • Assist support department by creating SQL scripts/queries/reports
  • Create / maintain custom stored procedures, functions, triggers, etc.
  • Diagnose data and/or performance problems
  • Perform data migrations; build data integrations
  • Other DBA-related tasks as needed
  • Work with internal development teams and outside vendors to identify and resolve product issues
  • Create custom utilities/applications using Microsoft.Net C#, and other tools

Skills and Experience:
PROFICIENCY IN:

  • Strong background in using/maintaining Microsoft SQL Server in a production environment
  • Demonstrate experience using T-SQL, C#, XML, HTML and related technologies
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically HL7 data formats/communication methodologies a plus
  • Experience with PostgreSQL a plus

COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt to client needs

Education & Qualifications
College Graduate with major in a Technology related field

Sr Network Engineer

Job Summary:
Installation and support of computer/networking equipment for clients and company, including requirements analysis, setup and configuration, trouble-shooting and maintenance.
Create and update client network documentation.
Assist in Call Center/Help Desk as needed.
Research and evaluate new products and services.
Complete necessary paperwork as required for position.
Other duties may be assigned.

Skills and Experience:

PROFICIENCY IN:
Customer relationship management.
Strong understanding of Windows Desktop OS (7/8/10)
Competency in installing, configuring and supporting Server Operating Systems (Small Business Server 2008/2011 & Server 2008/2012)
Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols
Basic understanding of SQL Server
Server Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMWare)
Exchange Server/Office 365
Deep understanding of Active Directory
Understanding and Setting up Group Policies
Experience Configuring Routers and Firewalls

COMPETENCIES
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+
One certification required (MCSA, MCSE, CCDA, CCNA, etc.)
Excellent prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt to client needs

Education & Qualifications
Associate Degree in Computer related field

Job Experience

  • At least 3-5 years of experience working with PCs, Servers & Networking Equipment
  • Working with networks of various sizes and complexities.
  • Valid Driver’s License
