Solution Sales Executive – Healthcare IT

Job Summary:
Sells Technology Solutions such as; RCM. Practice Management and EHR to Healthcare Units including prospects and current customers.

Role  Specific Responsibilities:
Assists with prospecting activities to maintain a full pipeline. These activities may include cold calling, attending trade shows, user group meetings and other marketing events.
Survey prospects and customers to analyze their needs and recommend solutions that best meet the customer’s requirements.
Prepare for and present product demonstrations of the recommended solution, as well as, prepare and present professional quotes, proposals, and contract agreements.
Maintain accurate prospect, customer, and opportunity data in the Customer Relationship Management systems.

Education & Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelors Degree in Business Related Field or equivalent experience

Desired:
Major in Technology or Computer Science Field

Sr Network Engineer

Job Summary:
Installation and support of computer/networking equipment for clients and company, including requirements analysis, setup and configuration, trouble-shooting and maintenance.
Create and update client network documentation.
Assist in Call Center/Help Desk as needed.
Research and evaluate new products and services.
Complete necessary paperwork as required for position.
Other duties may be assigned.

Skills and Experience:

PROFICIENCY IN:
Customer relationship management.
Strong understanding of Windows Desktop OS (7/8/10)
Competency in installing, configuring and supporting Server Operating Systems (Small Business Server 2008/2011 & Server 2008/2012)
Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols
Basic understanding of SQL Server
Server Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMWare)
Exchange Server/Office 365
Deep understanding of Active Directory
Understanding and Setting up Group Policies
Experience Configuring Routers and Firewalls

COMPETENCIES
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+
One certification required (MCSA, MCSE, CCDA, CCNA, etc.)
Excellent prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt to client needs

Executive-Product Trainer

Role Objective:
Through support and training successfully facilitates and manages the end user process for new customer installations

Education/Experience:
*Associate Degree in Computer Science or IT
*At least 3-5 years of experience working in a training environment
*Strong communication skills
*Analytical

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Documentation of the application user guide
  • Documentation of application update releases
  • QA-testing of new software applications
  • Train support and training staff on new applications

Other Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients on consultative practice work flow discussions for the new installations
  • Work with clients for the process of inputting “file maintenance” data.
  • Support/Facilitate assistance during the end user support phase during implementation.
  • Support/Facilitate resolution to end user on new installations during all phases of the implementation process.
  • Determine the end of the installation and the beginning of support.
  • Be flexible for travel to perform onsite end user training.
  • Web-based end-user training (group and individual)
  • On-site/On-line go-live support
  • Project documentation using the project documentation tool (CRM) and other documentation sources and methods.
  • Accurately and timely reporting of project hours with description of task
  • Support calls/web-based follow-up training
  • Execution of implementation tasks for assigned practices following the standard implementations procedures
  • Document Benchmark PM and Clinical System workflows for unique scenarios of the practice
  • Identifying workflow/setup related red flags to the project and support teams and provides regular status reports to key Implementation Manager and end users
  • Drive resolution to any end user issues
  • Works with all parties to prioritize issues and offers solutions
