Solution Sales Executive – Healthcare IT

Job Summary:

Sells Technology Solutions such as; RCM. Practice Management and EHR to Healthcare Units including prospects and current customers.

Role  Specific Responsibilities:

 Assists with prospecting activities to maintain a full pipeline. These activities may include cold calling, attending trade shows, user group meetings and other marketing events.

Survey prospects and customers to analyze their needs and recommend solutions that best meet the customer’s requirements.

Prepare for and present product demonstrations of the recommended solution, as well as, prepare and present professional quotes, proposals, and contract agreements.

Maintain accurate prospect, customer, and opportunity data in the Customer Relationship Management systems.


Education & Qualifications:


Bachelors Degree in Business Related Field or equivalent experience


Major in Technology or Computer Science Field

Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the VP of Sales, coordinates projects and activities for sales/marketing to promote products and services, as well as development and strategy of the company social media and lead generation programs.

Essential Duties:
Assists in establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

Develops and executes marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share.

Plans and oversees execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, point-of-purchase displays, and signage.

Communicates and negotiates contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers.

Manages development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.

Administers company social media programs and lead generation programs.

Through the use of analytics adjusts marketing programs adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.

Plans and conducts market research to identify opportunities for increased sales.

Reviews analysis of marketing surveys on current and new product concepts in order to recommend future product development.

Provides post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs.

Plans, promotes, and executes sales meetings and community and goodwill events.

Helps establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.

Skills and Experience:
Education & Qualifications
Essential – Bachelors Degree in Marketing related field
Desired – Major in Marketing and Graphic Design

Job Experience
3-5 years of related work experience.

Technical Skills
Essential – Graphic Design, Publishing and Microsoft Office, all Social Media platforms
Desired – Sales and Lead generation desirable.
